Setting of Subscriptions;

Election of Officers; Chair/Vice Chair/Sec/Treasurer/ Committee.

Committee meetings; These will be held on an agreed day of the month in the committee room of the Otatara Community Hall commencing at 7.30pm

Attendance to meetings; This must be resolved as to whom can attend these meeting and if they can/cannot have voting or speaking rights.
